Progressive Training

In 1988, Andrew and Anne Alltimes along with Monica Moynihan got together to create Progressive Training. All three had extensive experience in the hospitality industry and thus the initial focus was serving the hospitality sector with specialised training.

The business grew fast as its reputation spread and today we have a team of over 20 people providing training in all areas of management and operational staff development covering a variety of industries from hospitality to retail and from travel to academic institutions. Our services include:

•	developing in-house trainers and training teams

•	consultancy support across most areas of HR and training

•	on-the-job coaching and mentoring

•	the full range of training delivery

•	outsourced management of training functions

•	management and recruitment assessment centres.

In addition to delivering the courses that we design ourselves, we are approved to deliver programmes accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Welcome to Excellence programmes, Welcome All and Welcome Host.

Progressive Training is also approved to deliver BIIAB qualifications.
